Paul Mitchell super skinny relaxing balm on curly hair ?

I what my tight curly hair to be wavier, braiding doesnt help, rollers, and I do not what to straighten it and curl it because I do not what to use all of that heat. I have tight 3c curls ( if you do not know what 3c is search it on google) its jet black and I never had chemicals so please dont suggest that because a hair relaxer will take all of my curls away like my cousin. I what to know if that relaxing balm will make my curls looser even though this product is for making straightening faster. BTW No matter how long I grow my hair ( At mid back now) it still shoots up to little corkscrews up to my neck. Also , if you know any products that will loosen my curls please suggest because I have tried every method
