Is this a good Sweet 16 theme?

So y swwet 16 is a 9 months away but I am already planning :) Buit the theme would be "Pretty in Pink" and the decoration would be pink, white, and black. Everybody would have to wear pink black or white. It would be a girls and boys party. Also the twost to the party is that it is also a hat larty :). So everybody would also have to wear a hat. I would rent strobe lights and a fog machine. It would be like a dance so semi formal:) If you have any comment or suggestions or dont like it in general please comment!
